I ordered the Pheasants and also venison loin and venison mince for a game terrine which I intend to make shortly for a family celebration. I was delighted to be able to get them frozen and very well packaged.
I look forward to producing a showstopper for family and friends
I decided I wanted this after I'd already made my order, could have been a problem but it was handled seamlessly by the Pheasant's Hill folks.

I’ve been buying meets and bones packs for making bone broth and collagen for about 2 years and I can’t recommend this place enough. The meat is always fresh and so tasty. You can tell the difference from a first bite. I’m always excited about my next order and my digestive system has improved so much since I’ve been eating good quality meet and taking home made bone broth and collagen. Just a pity they are an hour drive from me but it’s definitely worth the trip!
I have to be very careful with slow cooking because of histamine response, but as this lamb is quick frozen and unaged I had no problems. It was tender and very tasty.

Ordering and delivery was, as ever, spot on. A pleasure to deal with. We had one bird yesterday as part of a Burns Supper, again perfect. Impressed.
I wasn’t able to eat beef until I found the wonderful Unaged selection at Pheasant Hill Farm. These burgers are so tasty with no other additives and the added bonus of the benefits of bone marrow.
Very tasty. Also just great to get sausages that are grain, additive and salt free. It's so nice to taste the quality of the meat and have the option to season a dish as you like. Everything has been of such excellent quality, I will be reordering soon.

So pleased to have found this great source of wild venison. Everything has been of the highest quality and so delicious. The venison steaks were fast and simple to cook and could not have been more tender or tastier. Such a great option to have it delivered too, as your shop is a little far for me to get to. I'll definitely be reordering.
This is probably our favourite meat. And it did not disappoint. Wild rabbit marinading in thyme, sage and rosemary; leek, garlic, fennel, celery and carrots; salt and pepper with copious Sauvignon. It will be portioned and roasted with fermented potatoes.
I bought sirloin and rib I steak and really enjoyed them . They had lovely flavour and were tender, another thing was the fact that the fat had not been removed and adds flavour . A lot of meat you buy today have had it cut off, shame .
